Disputes in terms of this contract have to be settled by mediation, or failing a successful mediation, by arbitration in terms of AFSA (Arbitration Foundation of SA) arbitration rules.

Our MD, Steve Hochfeld, is an approved RSA Grain Arbitrator.  He has conducted a number of grain arbitrations and is available as an arbitrator, or an arbitral advisor.  (He cannot act as both in the same matter.)
